Dear network, the Fraunhofer IAO and the University of Paderborn are inviting you to the 'Sustainable Work and Life 2024' forum on 21 February 2024. We would like to encourage you to join us at this event, which will provide new impetus for organising healthy work in 2024, especially for those responsible for occupational health and safety.
This exciting forum, organised by the Fraunhofer IAO and Paderborn University, is dedicated to researching sustainable ways to achieve physical and mental well-being in the world of work. The research teams will present innovative approaches from the fields of neuroscience, psychology and sports science. Experts from science and practice will discuss how exercise, health and well-being can be sustainably anchored in everyday working life.
As a healthtech start-up and leading company in the development of intelligent health applications for the workplace, we are committed to effective, measurable and, above all, sustainable health promotion in the context of occupational health [read the experience report from Festo]. Our work combines artificial intelligence with innovative technologies and the latest findings from research and practice. In order to fulfil our high standards, we work closely with leading universities and institutes in addition to health insurance companies and those responsible for occupational health and safety [about our co-operation with health insurance companies]. We have special ties with the Fraunhofer Institutes, which have accompanied and supported us in various areas, such as data protection, from the very beginning. For example, we are currently conducting research with Fraunhofer IOSB and Fraunhofer IGD in various government-funded R&D projects on how AI-based health coaching can permanently improve physical health in the workplace and how to can anonymously record and individually reduce stress using data protection-compliant technology. Due to our pioneering role and our successful collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institutes, as well as the successes we have achieved to date in promoting sustainable health, we have now been invited as a guest company to serve as a prime example of how the transfer of knowledge from research and practice can lead to completely new approaches and innovation in the context of healthy work.
