Cognition - Specific questions reveal how plannable, controllable and fulfilling I perceive my work to be - and whether I perceive a situation as a challenge or a threat (e-stress vs. dis-stress).
Emotion - Regular check-ins reflect my mood and round off the picture.
This creates a Dynamic load profilethat changes with the working day. We don't just see, that someone is under pressure, but when and Why.
