Deep Care is a fast-growing health tech start-up from Ludwigsburg. Our AI and sensor solutions help companies to keep their office workers healthy in the long term. We are looking for you to join our sales team on a full-time basis.
Your mission
- Identify leads: Research target company and contact persons (BGM, HR, HSE, C-level)
- Establish initial contact: by phone, e-mail, LinkedIn & at events
- Qualify leads: Check need, fit and decision-making structure
- Book meetings: Coordinate demo and discovery appointments for our account executives
- Maintain the pipeline: Document and analyse activities and KPIs in HubSpot
Your profile
- First successes in the B2B sales
- Safe in dealing with CRM, outreach and AI tools
- Fun with Telesales, Social Selling and new prospecting methods
- Strong communication skills - you speak the language of our customers (German & English)
- Hungry & ready to learn - Ambitious goals drive you
- Bonus: Experience in occupational health management
