Deep Care is a fast-growing health tech start-up from Ludwigsburg. Our AI and sensor solutions help companies to keep their office workers healthy in the long term. We are looking for you to join our sales team on a full-time basis.

Your mission

  • Identify leads: Research target company and contact persons (BGM, HR, HSE, C-level)
  • Establish initial contact: by phone, e-mail, LinkedIn & at events
  • Qualify leads: Check need, fit and decision-making structure
  • Book meetings: Coordinate demo and discovery appointments for our account executives
  • Maintain the pipeline: Document and analyse activities and KPIs in HubSpot

Your profile

  • First successes in the B2B sales
  • Safe in dealing with CRM, outreach and AI tools
  • Fun with Telesales, Social Selling and new prospecting methods
  • Strong communication skills - you speak the language of our customers (German & English)
  • Hungry & ready to learn - Ambitious goals drive you
  • Bonus: Experience in occupational health management
