Deep Care is a fast-growing health tech start-up from Ludwigsburg. Our AI and sensor systems help to keep employees healthy in the long term. We already work in the prevention portfolio of well-known health insurance companies such as Techniker Krankenkasse, AOK Baden-Württemberg and mhplus BKK - now we want to expand our network further. We are looking for you to join us full-time.
Your mission
- Recognising potential - Research statutory and private health insurance companies and associations, find relevant contacts
- Establish initial contact - Generate interest in Deep Care by phone, email, LinkedIn and at industry events
- Check need & fit - Understanding care goals, prevention programmes and decision-making processes
- Coordinate presentations - Plan and accompany solution demos, technical discussions and negotiation meetings
- Driving forward partnerships - Preparation of offers, coordination with Legal & Product, until contract conclusion
- Maintain pipeline - Document activities and KPIs in HubSpot, share insights, optimise processes
Your profile
- First successes in the B2B sales or partner management, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Experienced in dealing with CRM, outreach and AI tools
- Enjoy dialogue - whether by telephone, social selling or personal networking
- Strong communication in German (native speaker level) and good English
- Goal-orientated, curious and willing to learn
- Nice to have: Experience in BGM/GKV environment or with prevention programmes
