We are Deep Care GmbH. We have developed the world's first digital health coach for the office and home office, based on the latest sensor technology and intelligent algorithms. This makes it easy to integrate ergonomic sitting, targeted exercise, adequate hydration and many other aspects into everyday working life. We have developed everything from scratch and patented the technology. We are scaling quickly and many large corporations and health insurance companies have already integrated our product. But that's not all, we have a big vision that can only be realised with the support of great colleagues.

Shape a young company and work on a meaningful product

You work in the centre of the core business functions and play a key role in shaping them! Examples of this are

• Design and implement suitable AI solutions for our product(s)
• Taking the lead in analysing data and any kind of data processing and preparation
• Active participation in practical implementation and iterative improvement
• Contribute creativity and motivation to drive current and future innovations together with us

Work in your own way

• You will gain in-depth insights, take part in all team meetings and contribute as a fully-fledged team member.
• We work flexibly both in our home office and in our beautiful office in the centre of Ludwigsburg.
• You are very flexible about when you work. What counts is the result.
• We work with common tools such as Teams and Jira. No problem if you don't know them yet.
• We work pragmatically, make quick decisions, emphasise details and really step on the gas.
• We are an international team and communicate with each other in German and English.
