AI & Software Engineer (LLM/SLM focus)

As part of our innovation pipeline, we are pushing ahead with a progressive project in which state-of-the-art Language models (LLMs/multimodal SLMs) to develop pioneering solutions for health in the workplace.

We are now looking for an outstanding engineering personality to join our team and push the boundaries of AI and applied software development.

Your role

• Design, training, fine-tuning and provision of LLM-/SLM-based solutions (including smaller language models for Edge devices).
• Integration of AI pipelines into scalable, production-ready software.
• Collaboration with experts from the fields of ergonomics, health and design to develop AI usable, explainable and adaptive in real environments.
• Driving algorithmic innovation for coaching, personalisation and data interpretation.
• Contribution to the entire software life cycle: architecture, implementation, testing, optimisation and documentation.

Your profile

• Proven expertise in large/small language models (LLMs/SLMs)Fine-tuning, embeddings, multimodal extensions, optimisation of inference.
• Excellent programming skills (Python , sound understanding of software architecture, clean code).
• Experience with Multi-agent AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoAgents).
• Solid knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, JAX AI).
• Familiarity with Data protection, GDPR/AI Act and principles of responsible AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a multidisciplinary, dynamic team.
• Knowledge of on-premise operation of LLMs.
• (Bonus) Experience with health tech, ergonomics or wearable systems.
