This is what this webinar is about

Employee health & work organisation
in the context of mobile work

In view of the increasing digitalisation and flexibilisation of work processes, completely new risks and challenges are emerging - for both employers and employees. The webinar "Expert panel#4: Impulses for mobile work" offers HR managers and health officers valuable impulses for acting confidently and health-orientated in the context of hybrid and multi-local working models. Aspects such as flexible work organisation, the importance of New Work with regard to demographic change and specific measures for coping with the health burdens caused by new forms of work are considered.

Expert panel" webinar series

A virtual platform for dialogue on occupational health topics

The idea behind the "Expert Panel" webinar series.

Since Deep Care was founded in 2020, we have built up a broad network of health enthusiasts. This network now comprises over 1,500 members on LinkedIn and includes representatives from various health insurance companies, occupational health and safety and numerous research areas.

We would like to offer a platform to some particularly interesting contacts from this network through our webinars, as we believe that they represent a real enrichment for our community.

As part of the "expert panel" format, we discuss current topics that have an impact on the organisation of healthy work together with various stakeholders in occupational health management. We take up relevant questions and problems and have them discussed, analysed and evaluated by top-class experts from our network.

Our aim is to create a space for dialogue in which leading specialists in a field provide valuable input through their keynote speeches, which are then discussed by the participants.
