Michael Mühlnickel: My name is Michael Mühlnickel. I define my quality of life in terms of health, family, sport and sustainability in the use of my own resources.
I am responsible for occupational health management at STILL's Hamburg headquarters. This includes workplace health promotion and occupational integration management.

Francesca Profit: My name is Francesca Profit, I work in the Occupational Health Management department at Heidelberg University Hospital and am responsible for the area of physical health prevention.
Deep Care: What was your situation like before you started working with Deep Care?
Francesca Profit: We provide workplace counselling and also offer our employees active breaks. The Isa combines the whole thing a little and is available over a longer period of time, which brings more sustainable results.
