We are Deep Care, a dynamic HealthTech start-up from Ludwigsburg, and are looking for a dedicated full-time employee to join our sales team. In this role, you will support the establishment and further development of our B2B customer relationships in the field of occupational prevention. Your area of responsibility covers the entire sales process - from new customer acquisition to long-term customer support in the DACH region.
Your tasks
- Support in setting up and optimising the sales pipeline (prospecting, approach, qualification)
- Acquisition and support of B2B customers: From initial contact, needs analysis, product and offer presentation to negotiations, contract conclusion and onboarding
- Responsibility for the account management of your new customers and the development of sustainable customer relationships
- Initial focus on lead generation, with increasing emphasis on account management and customer care
- Supporting business development in the DACH region, including the development of new services, go-to-market strategies, pricing and marketing
Your profile
- Completed studies (e.g. in the field of sports, health or economics)
- First professional experience in B2B sales or business development
- Interest in sales prospecting via telesales, e-mailing, social media outreach and the development of new business opportunities
- High willingness to perform and learn as well as the motivation to achieve sales targets and to develop further in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand and target customer needs
- Strong organisational skills, coupled with initiative and a strong creative drive
- Experience in the healthcare industry, in the prevention sector or in sales is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- A passion for health issues, the motivation to improve people's well-being and the ability to inspire others with new ideas
