We are Deep Care, a dynamic HealthTech start-up from Ludwigsburg, and are looking for an experienced full-time employee to join our sales team. In this key position, you will make a significant contribution to building and developing our B2B customer relationships in the field of occupational prevention. Your area of responsibility will cover the entire sales process - from identifying new business opportunities to customer acquisition and long-term customer support in the DACH region.
Your tasks
- Development and continuous optimisation of the sales pipeline (prospecting, approach, qualification)
- Acquisition and support of B2B customers: From initial contact, needs analysis, product and offer presentation to negotiations, contract conclusion and onboarding
- Responsibility for account management and building sustainable customer relationships
- Initial focus on lead generation, with increasing emphasis on account management and customer care
- Actively contribute to business development in the DACH region, including the development of new services, go-to-market strategies, pricing and marketing
- Establishing and maintaining partnerships with relevant organisations such as health insurance companies and leading healthcare providers
Your profile
- Completed studies (e.g. in the field of sports, health or economics) and relevant professional experience in sales or business development
- Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development as well as proven success in sales prospecting (e.g. telesales, cold calling, e-mailing, social media outreach), lead qualification and closing
- Proof of success in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Experience in the healthcare industry, in the prevention sector or in the sale of technology solutions is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and understand customer needs
- Strong organisational and project management skills, combined with a high level of initiative and creative drive
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Passion for health issues and commitment to improving people's wellbeing, as well as the ability to inspire others with new ideas
