Flutter developer (m/f/d)

Our flagship product, Isa, is an AI-powered health assistant designed to improve employee wellbeing by promoting safer working conditions and healthier workflows. Isa analyses employees' working environment and health behaviours and provides personalised recommendations to minimise health risks and improve overall wellbeing.

Job description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Flutter developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will come from a mobile development, embedded systems or web development background. You will play a critical role in the ongoing development of Isa and ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Continuation of the development and improvement of Isa.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and deliver new features.
• Ensuring the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identification and correction of bottlenecks and elimination of errors.
• Support in maintaining code quality, organisation and automation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Good knowledge of mobile development (iOS and Android).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare applications.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with agile development methods.
• Knowledge of cloud services and their provision.
