Job description:

We, a dynamic and growing HealthTech startup from Ludwigsburg, are looking for a full-time employee for business development in the DACH region. Your task will be to acquire new customers in the field of occupational prevention and to support and accompany them from the first contact through an initial project rollout to long-term cooperation.

Tasks:

  • Acquisition of new customer contacts in the areas of occupational health management, occupational safety and human resources.
  • Conducting initial meetings to analyse the needs of potential customers and presenting our service portfolio.
  • Planning and implementation of pilot projects with potential new customers, including evaluation of success and presentation of the results.
  • Building and maintaining long-term business relationships, from contract conclusion to account management.
  • Active involvement in business development, from the development of new services and go-to-market strategies to pricing and marketing.
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with relevant organisations such as health insurance companies and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree in health sciences, sports sciences, health economics or a comparable field.
  • Strong health awareness and the motivation to actively improve people's well-being.
  • Experience in healthcare or occupational health management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire others and build strong customer relationships.
  • High organisational and project management skills as well as a strong creative drive.
  • A high degree of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English.
