Job description:

We are looking for full-time support in customer service and business development in Ludwigsburg. Areas of responsibility include the expansion and support of our customer base as well as the development and establishment of new business models with additional products/services and strategic partners.

Tasks:

  • Account management for new and existing customers.
  • Advising new customers on the best possible implementation of Deep Care products/services in our customer companies.
  • Conducting discussions from initial contact through pilot implementation and management to the conclusion of multi-year contracts and project realisation.
  • Actively participate in the business development of Deep Care's new products/services, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, marketing plan, etc.
  • Building long-term relationships with relevant partners, such as health insurance companies or healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree, there are many suitable specialisations (e.g. sports science, business administration, psychology, marketing, but a technical background is also welcome).
  • Passion for health and safety in the workplace and the desire to improve the well-being of employees worldwide.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or in business development/sales of technology solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in German and English and excellent communication and presentation skills towards customers.
  • Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
