With Isa, STACKFORCE has implemented a six-week health programme that has noticeably improved employees' posture, movement and health awareness. The results show significant progress - for example in terms of sitting behaviour and daily activity - and a high level of satisfaction with the project.
How can employees be sensitised to ergonomic working - without pointing a finger, but with a noticeable effect? Together with the IoT specialist STACKFORCE and Deep Care have launched a successful prevention project that shows that prevention can be simple and effective: When health insurers, companies and providers pull together, prevention can be simple and effective.
It all started with an exchange between STACKFORCE and the technicians' corporate customer advisor. The need was quickly recognised: Many employees work sitting down - and often in less than optimal postures. A case for the TK prevention consultant, who drew up an action plan together with the company. When the topics Movement and ergonomics were identified was clear: Isa is a perfect fit. TK has fully financed the project, as Isa is part of the official TK prevention portfolio.

All the key data for the project was finalised in a brief coordination meeting: Number of devices, duration, responsibilities. After the joint digital kick-off, each employee normally books their Isa at an individual start time so that everyone can utilise the full period. The entire logistics are thus organised via the Booking portall was handled by Deep Care. STACKFORCE decided in favour of a collective Direct delivery of the devices so that we could get started straight away after the digital presentation.
Employees used Isa for six weeks in their own working environment - in the office or working from home. At the end, they gave clear feedback in an online survey: a high level of satisfaction, noticeable "aha" moments - and a new awareness of healthy working.

I actually thought I was working ergonomically - but Isa has nevertheless uncovered some bad posture situations. Great device that helps me to work more consciously!"

The project shows how modern prevention works in practice: data-based, customised, with little effort for companies - and supported by the health insurance company as part of the statutory prevention funding.
