Health and safety in the workplace is one of the biggest challenges that companies have to face. In the past, many companies assumed that health hazards existed primarily in the production area. Of course, this is still the case, but today we know that there are also many dangers lurking in everyday office life.

Nowadays, most employees sit for more than 8 hours a day. The human body is not designed for this. We need exercise and a strong body in order to perform at our best mentally.

Companies have realised this and are investing more and more in occupational health and safety. Nevertheless, many managers are still asking themselves the question, what can we do and what are the others doing? This question is to be answered with the help of the DeepDive BGM - Pulse Check be answered.

Aim of the DeepDive BGM - Pulse Check is to draw a comprehensive picture of occupational health and safety in German companies. The Pulse Check is aimed at all those who are responsible for BGM, occupational health and safety, management and HR are responsible.
